DESCRIPTION:Mend In Public Day is a day of collective action which falls within Fashion Revolution Week.\nThe idea is simple: get out into your local community and stitch in protest against disposable fashion.\nMend in Public Day stands as a beacon of change in a world inundated with fashion waste. By participating. you’ll be part of a global creative action resisting the cycle of excess through repair and reuse.\nSo bring some clothes to swap and/or bring to mend\, grab a coffee and have a relaxing Saturday morning with us! There will be the lovely Jax and Marianne (@forminfabric) to help with mending!\nOur usual Clothes Swap rules will apply – bring up to 5 pieces of good quality items and take up to 5. No jumble\, underwear\, swimwear or pyjamas please.”
